These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Runway Runs website and transportation services. By booking transportation through this website or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Booking and Reservations

All transportation services provided by Runway Runs operate by reservation and are subject to driver availability. Customers must provide accurate pickup locations, destinations, dates, times, passenger counts, and luggage details when making a reservation.

Children under 10 ride free when accompanied by a paying adult. Passenger counts should still include all children for capacity planning.

If special accommodations are needed, including pets, handicap accessibility, child seating, or oversized luggage, these must be noted and discussed at the time of booking to ensure proper arrangements can be made.

Runway Runs reserves the right to decline or cancel reservations if accurate information is not provided or if the service cannot reasonably be completed.

Pickup Times

The pickup time selected during booking represents the scheduled time the driver will arrive at the pickup location. Customers are responsible for being ready at the scheduled pickup time.

If a passenger cannot be located within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time and cannot be contacted, the trip will be considered a no-show and will be charged up to the amount of the full fare.

Flight Information

When a flight number is provided, Runway Runs may monitor flight arrival times to assist with scheduling. However, passengers remain responsible for providing accurate flight details and notifying Runway Runs of significant delays or changes.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up will be charged a cancellation fee up to the amount of the total fare. 

Runway Runs understands that travel-related issues may arise. A 2-hour courtesy window may be allowed in cases where delays or unforeseen circumstances impact the scheduled service. If passengers are delayed beyond this extension period, the trip will be cancelled and a cancellation fee up to the full fare will be charged. A new reservation will be required if service is still needed.

If Runway Runs is unable to fulfill its obligation to the customer for any reason, the customer will receive a full refund.

If delays are caused by Runway Runs, the customer will be notified by text, email, or phone and will have the option to continue the trip or cancel for a full refund.

Vehicle Use and Passenger Responsibility

Passengers are expected to treat the vehicle respectfully and follow all applicable safety rules during transportation.

Customers will be charged cleaning or damage fees if a vehicle is soiled or damaged beyond normal use.

Passengers must ensure the number of travelers and the amount of luggage entered during booking is accurate and within the capacity of the selected vehicle.

Payment

Payment for transportation services is processed securely through our payment processor at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Prices displayed during booking represent the agreed transportation rate for the requested trip.

Service Limitations

Transportation services may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, road closures, mechanical issues, or other circumstances outside the control of Runway Runs. While every effort is made to provide timely service, Runway Runs cannot guarantee arrival times under all conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Runway Runs shall not be held liable for delays, missed flights, or other indirect damages resulting from circumstances outside of reasonable operational control, including traffic conditions, severe weather, road closures, or airline schedule changes.

Changes to These Terms

Runway Runs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
